Experience

Rob Tillman is an experienced executive recruiter and leadership coach, having served with three of the world’s largest executive search firms and led two of the country’s leading boutiques.

About

Prior to launching TillmanPartners in 2019, Rob spent 17 years building one of the country’s leading executive search boutiques as the Founder and CEO of TillmanCarlson.

 

Based in Chicago, Rob specialized in recruiting CFOs and CIOs, and he and his team completed over 400 searches while achieving a 95% completion rate and a 98% stick rate.

 

Rob also helped build and sell the country’s top CFO search boutique as the Managing Partner of Crist Partners, and he began his career at Russell Reynolds Associates in Chicago.

​​In 2020, Rob joined DHR International as a Managing Partner where he currently leads the firm’s Global Financial Officer Practice, and plays a key leadership role in the Private Equity and Advanced Technology markets.                           
                        
Prior to joining DHR, Rob launched TillmanPartners to deliver recruiting and coaching services, and he continues to provide executive coaching through DHR’s Elevate Partners.
