Scottsdale, AZ (April 27, 2020) – TillmanPartners is pleased to announce the successful recruitment of Tim Koeneman as the Chief Information Officer for Novaria Group. Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, Novaria was recently acquired by KKR with a strategy to acquire precision aerospace and defense component companies.

Prior to joining Novaria, Koeneman served as the CIO of Arrowhead Engineered Products for nearly four years where he helped support the company’s growth through acquisition. In addition, he served as the CIO of Capital Safety from 2012 through 2015 where helped scale this former KKR company assisting in its successful sale to 3M. Earlier, Koeneman gained additional experience in manufacturing as the Divisional CIO and then General Manager of the HVAC business at Invensys. Koeneman began his career at Accenture and GE and completed his MBA at the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in management information systems and marketing at Marquette University.
